Steve recently sold a waterfront lot that I had owned as an investment for 14 years.We had tried using other realtors to sell it but they were unable to bring in a contract at my desired price.Steve got my lot sold and closed at the full asking price within 120 days of listing it.My only regret is that I did not contact Steve earlier to sell this property for me.
