Meet Stephen Williams
A native to Jacksonville Beach, FL, Steve Williams has long held a deep understanding of what it means to live the "salt life". His love of The Beaches is what led him to become president of the Beaches Area Historical Society (BAHS) from 2007-2009. Obtaining his Florida Relators License in 1979 and his Florida Brokers License shortly after in 1980, Steve has over 40 years of experience in helping hundreds of clients buy and sell their homes in Northeast Florida. After being President and Owner of Edgewater Companies Inc., Steve has joined eXp Realty LLC.in January 2022 to be able to offer a greater array of services to buyer and seller clients.
